Image
It feels like they're always getting in the way – Applicant Tracking Systems, or ATSs – the software that companies use to accept, and track, your application to work there. Ladders has completed two huge studies of ATSs, one based on data collected from 50,000 employers, the other based on survey results from you, our users. I'm very happy to share both with you this morning.  Overall, we found the newest entrants in the ATS business are the best performers in the category. Greenhouse and Lever, both founded in 2012 and both with modern, cloud-first software, are attracting more employers, more high-end jobs, and more applies to $100K+ jobs than ever before.  On Ladders' Golden Gatekeepers' 'Most Interesting Jobs Index', Lever was the far and away favorite, with jobs hosted by Lever attracting double the attention of jobs on the average ATS. Test results published by a well-known cyber-security analysis firm suggest Microsoft Defender could be among the least effective antivirus solutions on Windows 11. Originally released as an anti-spyware program for Windows XP in 2004, the app was known as Microsoft AntiSpyware before being christened Windows Defender in 2005. It remained an anti-spyware program for several years before becoming a full-fledged antivirus application with Windows 8. It also went through multiple name changes during this period before Microsoft finally settled on Microsoft Defender. Malware is a massive issue across all platforms, including Windows. However, users can choose from dozens of different antivirus programs to keep themselves safe on the internet, and many of the most popular ones come for free. Some of the most well-known Windows AV-makers include Avast, Avira, AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender, Malwarebytes, and more. However, the Moscow-based Kaspersky has come under the scanner recently

Racing-style gaming chairs are taking over, but while they may do for the masses, big and tall gamers shouldn't set out to buy whatever seat is getting the most love from reviewers. It's well worth it to instead seek out a big and tall gaming chair , as the structure of a racing-style seat will grow uncomfortable quickly if it's not a good fit. The E-Win Flash XL gaming chair, specifically the "FLH-XL" model, is an example of how the racing look can be employed on a seat that's better suited for bigger games. Let's see just what E-Win delivers at that price. E-Win Flash XL – Photos E-Win Flash XL – Design and Features The E-Win Flash XL isn't terribly ostentatious for a gaming chair. It comes in pitch black that's only adorned by the white E-Win logo on the headres

Graphic Designing Companies are transforming remarkably now. Transform your ideas and thoughts into visual representations in the same way that graphic designers do! Graphic designers must be experts because graphics represent a company's brand image. That's right! Customers remember visual connections, which is why graphic designers must keep their work consistent and efficient. A meaningful design should convey a message about the organization.
